The production line really carry out vacuum auto feeding, hot air circulating drying, dual screws extruding, singly or doubly produce the straps in various specifications (width from 9.5mm to 32mm) with multi-functions. We make sure it is of energy saving and low noise under the accurately energy saving temperature controlling system.

Multi-functions of one machine, and low energy consumption (50% of electricity saving). It adopts dual screws to extrude, easy to operate and can produce PET straps of various specifications. It can be just operated by two workers per section, which saves manpower.

The full set production line is well installed with import transducers, famous motors, excellent carbon steels and 38GrMoAl, we can make sure it can run stably and produce PET straps with nice quality.
